About the role
- Lead coordination and strategy of all PACE communications, including content collaboration and development of email and video messages
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key messages and objectives and develop visual stories that communicate these ideas
- Create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and other high-stakes events, ensuring alignment with Boeing branding guidelines
- Maintain PACE Portal and serve as Project Web Application Admin
- Assist in development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization
- Meet with leadership to gain approval and ensure follow-up action for issue resolution
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
- Lead or manage cross-functional projects and interface with senior/executive leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in writing communications for senior executives and other leaders
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
- Experience in visual storytelling, internal team communication, graphic design, education design, and presentation development (preferred)
- Must be able to work in the U.S.; employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
