About the role

  • Monitor and maintain dashboards and performance reports across digital marketing campaigns
  • Track marketing KPIs across a variety of platforms (Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, GA4, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at the channel, content, or audience level
  • Feed actionable insights to campaign owners and the Digital Marketing Performance & Insights Lead
  • Support development and refinement of performance scorecards and executive summaries
  • Ensure data accuracy through ongoing QA of campaign tracking and dashboard logic
  • Assist with marketing attribution tracking and reporting
  • Work with internal stakeholders to fulfill ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
  • Stay current on digital analytics tools and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance reporting, or similar roles
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/GA4, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong skills in Excel; experience with SQL or other data tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Ability to distill data into clear takeaways and visualizations
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to B2B or enterprise marketing environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models or campaign tagging frameworks (preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement, Marketo) (preferred)
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
