About the role

Support several Enterprise projects and systems for finance
Develop a comprehensive understanding of related data, business processes, strategies, compliance, and policies
Handle production issues by performing root cause analysis, providing possible solutions, and implementing corrective actions with IT and end users
Conduct recurring data validations to ensure a high level of data integrity across systems
Lead change management activities from enhancements, initiatives, compliance/policy changes, and business startups
Drive business requirements, develop and lead testing, and ensure IT solutions meet requirements
Manage project schedules, conduct opportunity and risk analysis, integrate with other systems/projects, organize and manage meetings, and establish communication plans
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot to support business needs

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent)
Experience in finance systems, analytics, or financial analysis roles
Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience using excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
