About the role
- Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities
- Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities
- Researches open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources and assets to meet customer service requests, government requirements, and planned maintenance activities
- Participates in and supports elements of project and completes assigned projects
- Collects and logs accurate data from various systems and performs analysis using developed tools
- Assists in making recommendations and implementing improvements
- Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems
- Supports and coordinates the processing of routine requests to meet customer needs
- Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
- Supports efforts to resolve business operation problems
- May assist in investigation and development of alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- 1+ years of experience with data analytics
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with Project Management (preferred)
- Experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with root cause corrective analysis (RCCA) (preferred)
