About the role
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other M&A transactions
- Collaborate with the Corporate Development team and work closely with sponsoring business units
- Execute valuation assessments and supporting financial analysis
- Assist in developing transaction documents and support negotiations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key business unit leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple high-priority projects
- 5+ years of M&A or directly related experience
- Experience making presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with business unit leaders and external stakeholders
