About the role
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other equity investment transactions at Boeing
- Collaborate with Corporate Development team and business unit experts
- Execute key tasks supporting M&A projects like transaction structuring, due diligence, and valuation
- Lead and/or support transaction process planning and execution
- Assist business units in developing written strategic rationales and presentations
- Oversee and execute financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Coordinate due diligence including market/industry dynamics and compliance practices
- Ensure documentation and communication of key functional risk items
- Develop deal structures and negotiation strategies
- Assist in developing transaction documents and support negotiations
- Help coordinate post-closing performance assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple high-priority projects, with experience in both support and lead roles
- 5+ years of M&A or directly related experience
- Experience making presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Excellent business judgment and strong analytical skills
- Ability to build networks and effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
