Lead end-to-end implementation of Eagle accounting software for new and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and design tailored solutions aligned with client accounting and financial reporting processes.
Configure and customize the Eagle platform to meet client-specific needs, including chart of accounts, reporting structures, and compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, ASPE).
Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Deliver user training sessions and develop training materials for client teams.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization services.
Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Product Development, and Support) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Eagle product capabilities, industry best practices, and Canadian accounting standards.
Requirements
5–9 years in accounting software implementation, professional services, or financial systems consulting (Eagle experience highly preferred; other platforms from organizations such as Simcorp, CGI, SS&C also considered).
Strong understanding of Canadian accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, consolidations).
Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, and client training.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
