About the role

  • Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for the most complex transactions and processes
  • Provides assistance for the most complex issues escalated by junior team members and guides junior team members towards solutions
  • Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues and identifies trends and proposes solutions
  • Monitors team efficiency and develops and implements process improvements
  • Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives
  • Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags
  • Understands, enforces, and communicates internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues
  • Uses excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services preferred
  • Experience in Investment Management preferred
