About the role
- Experience and expertise in market infrastructure, strategy and product management
- Responsible for strategic product planning and managing multiple strategic projects
- Direct markets lead for the Americas, strategy for maintenance of competitiveness and expansion of markets
- Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership to drive improvements in market revenue
- Ownership of individual Cash Services offered, including Credit Risk and exposure management
- Crafting a near-term product roadmap
- Outlining requirements for market developments
- Formulating the right business questions to inform decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years product experience with experience creating strategic product roadmaps
- Experience in financial industry
- Experience building and launching product from ideation through launch
- Experience managing the product P&L, risk management and strategy
- Experience in relationship building, negotiating, and influencing
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction
