About the role

  • Lead strategic client engagements by aligning BNY Mellon’s full suite of Asset Servicing solutions with clients’ long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Architect and deliver complex, cross-product solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Shape commercial strategy by evaluating and structuring deals.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with third-party vendors.
  • Act as a mentor and thought leader within the Client Coverage team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial services
  • strong background in Asset Servicing
  • demonstrated success in leading complex client relationships
  • deep understanding of global custody, fund accounting
  • exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
