About the role
- Lead strategic client engagements by aligning BNY Mellon’s full suite of Asset Servicing solutions with clients’ long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
- Architect and deliver complex, cross-product solutions tailored to client needs.
- Shape commercial strategy by evaluating and structuring deals.
- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with third-party vendors.
- Act as a mentor and thought leader within the Client Coverage team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, etc.) preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in financial services
- strong background in Asset Servicing
- demonstrated success in leading complex client relationships
- deep understanding of global custody, fund accounting
- exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
