Requirements

- Typically 5-10 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Deep understanding of risk assessment, mitigation techniques, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Leadership experience in strategic risk oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
