About the role
- Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW and MINI vehicles
- Develop and deliver planned sales presentations to specialist customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate promotional materials
- Provide regular reports on sales activities
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the motor industry
- Familiarity with Kerridge system, SA3, I Deal, Famos
- Full driving licence
- Strong selling skills including prospecting, negotiating, closing, and influencing
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Self-motivated with effective personal performance monitoring
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
