About the role
- Support the development of Compensation & Benefits policy
- Provide advice based on market data and benchmarks
- Manage job descriptions, classification, and grading
- Coordinate salary rounds, merit reviews, and bonus processes
- Draw up reports on headcount and Compensation & Benefits data
- Participate in HR innovation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- At least three years of relevant expertise in payroll and Compensation & Benefits
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial data
- Proficient in Excel
- Good knowledge of eBlox and the Flex Income Plan.
