  • Support the development of Compensation & Benefits policy
  • Provide advice based on market data and benchmarks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of relevant expertise in payroll and Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial data
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good knowledge of eBlox and the Flex Income Plan.
