About the role
- You are responsible for maintaining and recording personnel data in SAP HR to ensure all information remains up to date.
- You create employment references, confirmations of employment and other documents using templates.
- You support the HR Services team in day-to-day operations and respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- You draft work instructions and process descriptions so the team has clear and traceable workflows.
- Together with the team, you contribute to process optimization to make procedures more efficient.
- You also actively contribute to the automation and digitalization of HR processes.
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally studying economics, social sciences, law, business administration, management, business informatics, or a related HR subject.
- Initial experience in HR or social services is an advantage.
- You have strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
