About the role
- Provides day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes
- Supports the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve business results
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports
- Executes routine tasks and performs administrative tasks
- Provides accurate and timely processing of transactions and service requests
- Checks and reconciles information and documentation
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable
- Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
- Knowledge and understanding of key products and services, processes and controls
- Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
- Good prioritization skills
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French and English
