About the role
- Prepare and lead the annual and multi-year budgeting cycle, aligned with corporate guidelines
- Develop robust financial models to support decision-making
- Perform variance analyses between budget and actuals, identifying deviations and root causes
- Prepare revenue, expense and financial scenario projections considering risks and opportunities
- Consolidate financial results from different areas and cost centers, ensuring data integrity and standardization
- Automate financial routines and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI
- Participate in strategic projects with detailed financial analyses and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in medium to large companies (experience in Insurance and Banking is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA and Python is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication for executive presentations
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data
- Proactive, responsible, and effective time management
