Identify and map funding opportunities with development banks and other long-term financing institutions;
Structure financing proposals, taking into account technical, financial and legal requirements;
Perform financial calculations related to: total effective cost; simulations of credit lines and loans; and economic viability indicators (NPV, IRR, etc.);
Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements;
Interact with financial institutions throughout the process of analysis, approval, contracting and disbursement of financing;
Monitor existing contracts, deadlines, guarantees and ancillary obligations;
Assist in the preparation of accountability reports when required by financing agencies;
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of financial models and internal processes within the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
Strong command of financial calculations and Excel modeling (including financial formulas, pivot tables, etc.);
Knowledge of financing structures and credit lines from development banks (BNDES, Finep, BNB, etc.);
Developed logical reasoning and analytical skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with external institutions;
