About the role

  • Support day-to-day human resources operations across the organization
  • Provide administrative support across BluMetric Group offices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems
  • Support HR compliance activities and assist with audits, reporting, and policy administration
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate complex matters
  • Coordinate co-op hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling
  • Liaise and build relationships with post-secondary institutions and hiring managers
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
  • Maintain spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience using HRIS platforms, CRM systems, and time & attendance systems
  • Experience supporting co-op or campus hiring programs
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration
  • General knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable means of transportation to our Nepean Ottawa office
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
