Product Manager

• Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the PMS product area, aligned with company OKRs
• Define and execute product roadmaps that balance customer value, business impact, and technical scalability
• Deeply understand customer needs through data analysis, research, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products quickly and iteratively
• Drive prioritization and decision-making, balancing short-term wins with long-term product bets
• Measure and optimize performance using data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and improve outcomes
• Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Real Estate, Finance, and other teams
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to deliver initiatives that drive measurable business impact and exceptional guest experience

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Accounts - Account Manager to join our Blueground for Business team in New York, NY. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients, helping some of the world’s most innovative companies solve their corporate housing needs across international markets.
