• Oversee sourcing, onboarding, and management of third-party vendors and service providers across US markets
• Coordinate and manage outsourced vendor services and field-based third-party services
• Lead contract negotiations, define contractual terms, and establish SLAs
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct reviews, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee compliance, verify pricing accuracy, and validate invoices through structured audits
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance to align services with business objectives

Product Manager

• Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the PMS product area, aligned with company OKRs
• Define and execute product roadmaps that balance customer value, business impact, and technical scalability
• Deeply understand customer needs through data analysis, research, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products quickly and iteratively
• Drive prioritization and decision-making, balancing short-term wins with long-term product bets
• Measure and optimize performance using data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and improve outcomes
• Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Real Estate, Finance, and other teams
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to deliver initiatives that drive measurable business impact and exceptional guest experience
