About the role
- Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the PMS product area, aligned with company OKRs
- Define and execute product roadmaps that balance customer value, business impact, and technical scalability
- Deeply understand customer needs through data analysis, research, and collaboration with stakeholders
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products quickly and iteratively
- Drive prioritization and decision-making, balancing short-term wins with long-term product bets
- Measure and optimize performance using data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and improve outcomes
- Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Real Estate, Finance, and other teams
- Work hands-on with engineers and designers to deliver initiatives that drive measurable business impact and exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- 2+ years in Product Management (tech/product-first environment preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable plans
- Customer obsession and a track record of creating products that delight users
- Data-driven mindset; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable defining KPIs and leveraging data
- Execution excellence; ability to drive initiatives from idea to launch with measurable results
- Exceptional communication; ability to simplify complexity and influence across technical and business teams
- Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset; proactive in learning and challenging assumptions
- Bonus: experience with technical products, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
