Business Development Rep

• Attend Trade Shows segments (HOA/COA, Developer, Multifamily) to promote company Products and services and build relationships with potential clients (in partnership with marketing and VP Sales).
• Attending all CAI events, Management Company sponsored events, ULI, and NMHC events to stay updated with industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
• Host Webinar for Board members.
• Implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers (partnership with marketing and VP of Sales).
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing engaging content, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.
• Attend Site Surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions (as needed).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Collaborate with sales coordinator to organize events, webinars and other promotional activities to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Meeting KPR’s goals for all activities.
