About the role

  • Own the end-to-end performance and day-to-day management of the DTC & B2B websites.
  • Lead site merchandising strategy and execution, including homepage, collection pages, PDPs, navigation, and onsite discovery.
  • Manage the product catalog end-to-end: product setup, categorization, tagging, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own the eCommerce content calendar and briefing process, ensuring the right assets are available and deployed to support launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative to translate campaigns and storytelling into high-performing onsite experiences.
  • Own all product feeds that support eComm and marketing channels.
  • Responsible for maintenance and optimization of app shopping platforms (ex. Shopapp, Tik Tok Shops, Meta Shops, etc.)
  • Own content and product for future marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Manage eComm apps and vendors (ex. Reviews, loyalty, referral, etc.)
  • Oversee & manage development sprint boards and developer output.
  • Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) and add-to-cart performance across the site.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across merchandising, content, UX/UI tools, and promotions.
  • Leverage onsite tools (e.g., Nosto, Rebuy, reviews, referrals, loyalty) to improve discovery, personalization, and customer experience.
  • Identify friction points in the shopping journey and drive continuous improvements to UX and functionality.
  • Own site-level initiatives including product launches, promotions, gift-with-purchase programs, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless execution of launches, including QA, timing, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Care to ensure promotions and site changes are operationally sound and well-supported.
  • Own onsite analytics and reporting using Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, and other tools.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction, product sell-through, and drop off journey.
  • Analyze product and merchandising performance to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Own reporting and insights for on-site initiatives such as loyalty, referral, and reviews.
  • Share regular performance readouts with cross-functional partners to inform marketing, product, and operational decisions.
  • Support onsite SEO initiatives in partnership with cross functional partners.
  • Maintain and optimize site content and structure to support organic growth and domain health.
  • Work directly within Shopify CMS to execute updates, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate development tickets, QA, and prioritization with internal teams or external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience within a Direct-to-Consumer brand (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience owning and managing a DTC website end-to-end.
  • Strong product catalog management and site merchandising experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience working within CMS (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Experience with onsite merchandising and personalization tools (e.g., Nosto, Rebuy or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and reporting on eCommerce performance.
  • Experience planning and executing A/B tests and CRO initiatives.
  • Experience supporting development sprint boards and overseeing developer output (including QA processes).
  • Experience supporting onsite SEO initiatives.
  • Experience with Amazon and other marketplaces is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with loyalty, referral, and reviews platforms.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage brand environment.
