About the role

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of all paid media channels, including Meta, Google & SEM, TikTok, and Affiliate programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute paid media campaigns end-to-end, including creative asset briefing, content calendar management, and delivery to agencies.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies across campaigns and channels, interpreting results to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, including multi-million dollar annual spend, ensuring spend efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements to maintain cutting-edge campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, supporting full-funnel planning and execution.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, new customer acquisition, and site traffic.
  • Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, creative, and spend efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for new channels or paid media innovations to drive growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee agency performance and provide clear guidance, feedback, and optimization recommendations.
  • Implement scalable workflows, RACIs, and quality standards across teams and partners.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, Customer Care, and Product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, site promotions, and product launches.
  • Ensure paid media strategy integrates seamlessly with owned and earned channels.
  • Support collaboration with Finance to monitor budgets and reconcile performance.
  • Maintain digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) to monitor user behavior, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support budget building and forecasting for paid media channels.
  • Translate data into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaigns and budgets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media channels for DTC brands.
  • Deep experience with Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies and/or vendor partners.
  • Managed annual paid media budgets of $5M+.
  • Strong experience planning, briefing, and managing creative content for paid campaigns.
  • Skilled in campaign reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience optimizing customer acquisition, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Shopify or eCommerce platform experience.
  • Experience with additional channels (YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, CTV, influencer, podcast, DOOH).
  • Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, marketing tech stack, and emerging digital marketing trends.
