About the role
- Own and Close Complex Renovation Deals
- Manage a robust inbound pipeline from initial consultation through signed agreement
- Guide customers through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review
- Facilitate bid leveling, scope alignment, and negotiation conversations
- Consistently exceed ambitious quarterly revenue targets
- Serve as a Strategic Advisor
- Understand each property owner’s goals, budget, timeline, and risk tolerance
- Provide consultative guidance on scope, pricing tradeoffs, and contractor fit
- Navigate objections related to trust, cost, and renovation complexity
- Deliver a high-touch, confidence-building experience throughout the sales process
- Drive Alignment & Revenue Impact
- Partner closely with Block’s contractor network to ensure strong proposals and project viability
- Strategically prioritize pipeline to maximize AOV and conversion
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Contribute insights to improve sales strategy and customer experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills
- Exceptional organization and pipeline management skills
- Comfort working evenings and some weekends to support property owners
- Preferred: Experience in home services, construction, real estate, or marketplace environments. Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach. Ability to work on-site in our Brooklyn office.
