About the role

  • Own and Close Complex Renovation Deals
  • Manage a robust inbound pipeline from initial consultation through signed agreement
  • Guide customers through renovation planning, contractor matching, and proposal review
  • Facilitate bid leveling, scope alignment, and negotiation conversations
  • Consistently exceed ambitious quarterly revenue targets
  • Serve as a Strategic Advisor
  • Understand each property owner’s goals, budget, timeline, and risk tolerance
  • Provide consultative guidance on scope, pricing tradeoffs, and contractor fit
  • Navigate objections related to trust, cost, and renovation complexity
  • Deliver a high-touch, confidence-building experience throughout the sales process
  • Drive Alignment & Revenue Impact
  • Partner closely with Block’s contractor network to ensure strong proposals and project viability
  • Strategically prioritize pipeline to maximize AOV and conversion
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Contribute insights to improve sales strategy and customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas
  • Experience managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and pipeline management skills
  • Comfort working evenings and some weekends to support property owners
  • Preferred: Experience in home services, construction, real estate, or marketplace environments. Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach. Ability to work on-site in our Brooklyn office.
