About the role

  • Apply a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and visual design principles
  • Partner closely with UX, design, and art teams to create final, high-fidelity UI visuals for game interfaces
  • Create and maintain high-quality UI art assets, including illustrated icons, UI components, decorative graphic elements, and menu art
  • Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure UI designs align with project goals
  • Pitch and present UI designs clearly and effectively through strong written and verbal communication
  • Balance, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment
  • Self-critique work and actively incorporate objective feedback to continuously improve quality

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in UI art, UX/UI design, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality UI for games or interactive experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines
  • Strong visual design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and iconography
  • Expertise in creating polished, production-ready UI assets
  • Ability to communicate design intent clearly to both artistic and technical partners
  • Experience balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical constraints in game UI development
