About the role

  • Generate and qualify leads to drive company growth and set the stage for successful sales engagements.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and book meetings with Account Executives.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and collaborate with marketing to understand lead generation campaigns and monitor lead quality.
  • Nurture inbound leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media interactions; maintain regular follow-ups to keep prospects engaged.
  • Conduct outbound engagement as needed: identify target personas, run strategic outbound efforts, and align value propositions across enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns to supplement inbound opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies, share insights, and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the security sector; provide product and marketing feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a BDR in a B2B SaaS company, preferably within the security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar BDR or sales role.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) – Required.
  • Proven track record of success in inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
  • Understanding of the security landscape, including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., MixMax, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with the US market and collaborating across global teams.
  • Advantage: Proven ability to initiate and manage strategic outreach to senior level decision-makers (CISO, CIO, VP/Director Level) and identify key stakeholders across complex buying committees.
