Proactively identify, prioritize, and initiate outreach to CROs, Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Physician Practices, and Healthcare Institutions to expand ClinEdge’s site network
Conduct advanced lead qualification and needs assessments to align prospects with clinical trial opportunities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within healthcare and life science organizations
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline growth targets
Use Salesforce and CRM tools to track complex sales cycles, analyze data trends, forecast performance, and provide insights to leadership
Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales programs for assigned territories or accounts
Define, track, and report on pipeline health and deal progression; manage forecasting
Partner with outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure market coverage and smooth handoffs
Prioritize and respond strategically to inbound leads and RFPs to maximize conversion
Oversee relationship management for a defined book of business and serve as primary point of contact
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to refine outreach strategies
Represent ClinEdge at conferences, trade shows, and industry forums
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project transitions and resolve escalations
Lead special business development projects and mentor junior associates

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Science preferred; comparable years of experience accepted
4+ years of proven experience in site account management/sales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry
Advanced experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement/CRM tools
Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and expanding key accounts
Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
Knowledge of clinical research, pharmaceutical, and MedTech markets, including applicable regulations and site-network operations
Ability to engage senior decision-makers and cultivate long-term partnerships
Strong organizational leadership and ability to manage competing priorities
Experience responding to inbound leads and RFPs and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presence at industry events
