About the role
- Coordinates drug testing and employment physical program with agency, laboratory, site teams, and other HR team members.
- May coordinate and facilitate team or committee review meetings when applicable.
- Monitors site drug testing records for employees.
- Reviews results, helps to determine employee statuses, maintains current records in HR systems, and timely reports results in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Administers routine HR transactions via the HCM system, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, hires, job changes, organizational changes, and terminations.
- Assists with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure integrity and compliance of human resources data and processes.
Requirements
- Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.
- Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or other applicable customer service role(s).
