Coordinates drug testing and employment physical program with agency, laboratory, site teams, and other HR team members.
May coordinate and facilitate team or committee review meetings when applicable.
Monitors site drug testing records for employees.
Reviews results, helps to determine employee statuses, maintains current records in HR systems, and timely reports results in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Administers routine HR transactions via the HCM system, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, hires, job changes, organizational changes, and terminations.
Assists with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure integrity and compliance of human resources data and processes.
Requirements
Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.
Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or other applicable customer service role(s).
