Lead global mobility function and manage a small team responsible for visas and work authorisations for employees, freelancers and esports players.
Oversee travel department responsible for booking flights to all events worldwide and line manage internal Travel team.
Develop and improve comprehensive global mobility strategy aligning with large-scale esports tournaments.
Oversee end-to-end process for securing visas, work permits, and other right-to-work documentation; act as escalation point for complex visa/immigration issues.
Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and Ecosystem teams; maintain relationships with external immigration providers and government bodies.
Advise senior leadership on mobility risks; forecast and manage budgets related to global mobility and travel; identify cost savings opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in global mobility or travel, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or events industry.
Strong knowledge of the international landscape of visas and travel
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex global operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when required. Occasionally this role may be required travel to our Copenhagen office or internationally for particularly complex events.
