About the role
- Provide technical support for client projects with design review services, design engineering services, and development engineering support.
- Support client projects with feasibility studies and cost estimates.
- Provide proposal support for client projects with technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support.
- Oversee EPC contractors for client projects.
- Actively promotes nuclear and industrial safety culture.
- Oversees planning, developing, and tracking of Services and/or EPC projects including areas of execution performance, financial metrics, schedule adherence, quality outcomes, contractual compliance, safety performance, and client satisfaction.
- Manages all aspects of proposals and opportunity pursuits for small to medium Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects.
- Works with Discipline Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Construction Managers to execute projects to a high standard commensurate with the nuclear industry.
- Manages escalated problems or issues.
- Manages multiple projects and interface with client management, supervisors, and engineering staff at all stages of project development and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience with increasing responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering services or EPC Project Management.
- Experience with Nuclear power projects, especially plant modifications using the industry Standard Design Process (IP-ENG-001).
- Strong electrical engineering background in power generation facilities, specifically with generator and transformer replacement or upgrade projects, including design review and execution support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Due to nuclear export control requirements, Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized U.S Citizen.
