About the role

  • contribute to technical due diligence engagements for data center/digital as well as other infrastructure assets on behalf of lenders and investors
  • collect and analyze data, develop technical assessment reports, conduct site visits, develop and maintain client contacts, and develop overall project management responsibilities over time
  • transfers knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels
  • enhances established working relationships with team members and management from within the client’s organization
  • contributes to quality review on own engagement
  • translates analyses into written reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
  • Understanding of tenants/offtakes, development, design and operational differences between hyper-scale, edge and colocation data centers and familiarity with data center tier rating systems
  • Industry knowledge of one or more of the following related to data centers: site selection, feasibility study, interconnection, access to power/fiber/water, civil, structural, mechanical/energy modelling/HVAC, electrical
  • Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.
  • Ability to operate multiple software packages including: Microsoft Office Advanced PC literacy
