About the role
- Responsible for achieving the yearly sales target for the Operational Technology Solution
- Drive the expansion of OT solutions and services across North America and emerging markets
- Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent OT projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging with executive stakeholders to drive transformational outcomes
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of solution architects, project managers, and project directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment
- Strong background in operational readiness and technical change management
- 15+ years of experience in Operational Technology, and Grid Modernization, including 10+ years of experience in management consulting
- Proven experience building and scaling consulting practices, including Profit & Loss ownership
- Demonstrated depth of technical domain expertise and extensive delivery experience across diverse OT/IT programs
