About the role

  • Partner with department recruiters in support of talent identification efforts for open positions throughout the company
  • Create and execute compliant recruitment strategies for positions that require support from the Sourcing team
  • Source candidates through a variety of creative methods, including social media tools and industry contact lists
  • Initiate contact with passive candidates for openings and maintain quality candidate pipelines
  • Research market conditions and industry trends as they relate to competitors and educate internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive HR experience in one or more functional areas
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and source candidates through a variety of technology platforms
  • Experience in monitoring key performance metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions and influence strategy
  • Extensive experience data mining various social media to identify candidate profiles
  • Demonstrated capability in engaging otherwise passive candidates through creative outreach techniques and messaging
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Prior recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical roles
