About the role

  • Maintain a high level of professional sales governance knowledge
  • Contribute to business development success for Bird Electric's Midwest territory
  • Collaborate with companies offered solutions to solve client's challenges and needs
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Build organizational capability and effectiveness
  • Lead effective business development methods

  • Evaluate key metrics and apply to strategy

  • Deep understanding of the commercial deal; including margins, risks, terms & conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with technical or business focus
  • Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be accepted
  • 6+ years applicable business development experience
  • Experience developing, maintaining and executing strategic sales plans
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
  • Firm understanding of competition and differentiators
  • B2B sales experience
