About the role

  • Oversee land surveys
  • Provide lead direction and supervise the survey crew
  • Ensure accurate measurements and determine site layout
  • Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
  • Coordinate findings with engineering and architectural personnel
  • Train Instrumentmen, Rodman, and helpers
  • Lead safety related processes and programs

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in surveying; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum software capability requirements: AutoCad, Agtek, MS Excel
