About the role

  • Manage crane crews, including operators, riggers, and maintenance personnel
  • Schedule crane usage and coordinate equipment logistics across job sites
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Monitor crane performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to align crane operations with construction schedules
  • Track operational metrics and report on productivity and safety performance
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement of crane-related equipment
  • Assist with Lift Planning needs for project sites
  • Related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in crane operations, logistics, or construction management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
  • Familiar with CAD/3D Lift programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience
  • 10+ years construction supervisory experience required
  • OSHA Training
