About the role

  • Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to source potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
  • Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from job creation through offer
  • Develop, post, and maintain quality job descriptions and advertisements for open positions
  • Consistently monitor and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Build strong partnerships with the business, department heads, and hiring managers
  • Partner with the business, hiring managers, HR to develop compensation recommendations and negotiate job offers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 5+ years progressive recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably specializing in the recruitment of Engineering professionals.
  • Candidates with a background in technical recruitment or other recruitment specializations may also be considered
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills
  • Extensive candidate sourcing experience
