About the role
- Functions as a technology leader, department manager or administrative leader
- Responsible for execution of assigned projects
- Executes projects using commercial plant design tools or AECO software to deliver engineering deliverables
- Analyze software issues, suggest workarounds, and report bugs to software vendors
- Interact with clients for project turnover
- Identify cost saving opportunities on projects
- Establish, maintain, and support a problem tracking system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or sciences preferred or any other degree, specialized training, or experience
- Typically a minimum of 15 plus years related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to assigned engineering discipline
- Advanced ability to interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned
- Advanced industry knowledge and technology trends
- Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of the proposal process
