About the role

  • Lead and grow Technology Solutions for the Canadian Market.
  • Drive strategic growth, overseeing complex program delivery.
  • Lead a high-performing team across solution domains such as Grid Modernization and Operational Technology.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams, and external partners to ensure successful execution and growth of business.
  • Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, including leadership roles in management consulting for utilities or critical infrastructure.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships within the energy and utilities sector of the Canadian market.
  • Proven experience building and scaling consulting practices, including Profit & Loss ownership.
  • Demonstrated depth of technical domain expertise and extensive delivery experience across diverse OT/IT programs.
  • Minimum qualifications include successfully managing multiple engagements simultaneously, contributing or leading to acquire new engagements for at least 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment.
