About the role

  • Build Environmental Solution opportunities in the western U.S.
  • Identify market needs, evaluate growth potential, and nurture alliances
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Solutions Portfolio Leader and other stakeholders to launch and scale growth initiatives
  • Equip sales teams with marketing tools and resources to engage clients effectively
  • Assess solution offerings against market and operational risks to ensure alignment with evolving client needs
  • Oversee the Environmental sales funnel and ensure strategic focus across sectors
  • Monitor campaign performance and drive efficiency improvements for better margins and competitiveness
  • Develop and align tactical go-to-market plans, supporting consistency and execution across solution areas
  • Foster a growth-oriented culture, align staffing with strategic needs, and mentor emerging leaders
  • Guide Project Managers to deliver environmental projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards
  • Work across Solutions and Operations teams to expand delivery capacity and diversify capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading technical and project teams in the environmental and ecological space
  • Experience serving in client-facing roles
  • Experience in scaling environmental services
  • 15+ years of environmental and ecological planning and consulting experience in multiple sectors, including government, industry, and commercial
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and their permitting functions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
