- Monitor industry trends to inform innovative design strategies across physical and digital retail spaces
- Guide and support a team of designers and planners, fostering growth and excellence in execution
- Manage budgets and timelines for retail design programs, ensuring strategic and commercial impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 10+ years in retail design and development, including fashion retail
- Experience working with global markets or within adidas
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Hybrid work model: in-office Monday–Thursday, remote flexibility on Fridays
