About the role
- Delivery of onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring smooth product adoption
- Configure and implement software solutions based on customer requirements
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on product functionality
- Troubleshoot initial setup issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer configurations and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones
- Support customers during early usage phases to drive engagement
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements
- Monitor solution performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Onboarding role
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical configurations and solution designs
- Confident in delivering customer-facing training, workshops, and onboarding sessions
- Solid troubleshooting skills, including identifying setup issues and knowing when to escalate
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records of customer environments and configurations
- Excellent stakeholder communication, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Ability to support customers through early adoption phases, helping drive engagement and successful usage
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
- Willingness to travel from time to time to visit our customers and prospects, both in the UK and internationally
