About the role
- Act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution.
- Build strategic insurer relationships and navigate local market and regulatory dynamics.
- Execute commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship building to integration and go-live.
- Build, own, and manage a robust and visible pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the UK market.
- Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate closely with legal, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams to finalize agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
