About the role

  • Act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution.
  • Build strategic insurer relationships and navigate local market and regulatory dynamics.
  • Execute commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship building to integration and go-live.
  • Build, own, and manage a robust and visible pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the UK market.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate closely with legal, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams to finalize agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
