About the role
- Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans. Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are delivered and tracked.
- Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and technology teams. Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain execution momentum.
- Support market expansion and growth initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support. Identify growth opportunities and help shape go-to-market and expansion strategies.
- Build analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide priorities and resource allocation.
- Monitor strategic KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and recommend course corrections to keep initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to prepare strategic materials, follow up on key decisions, and ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.
Requirements
- 5- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, fintech, or high-growth startups
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills
- Ability to structure ambiguity and turn strategy into execution
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founder-level stakeholders
- Experience working directly with founders/C-level on sensitive matters
