About the role

  • Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans
  • Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are tracked and delivered
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and tech teams
  • Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution
  • Support new market entry and scaling initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support
  • Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making
  • Track strategic KPIs, identify risks or gaps, and recommend course corrections

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, fintech, or high-growth startups
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or founder-level stakeholders
  • Ability to structure ambiguity and turn strategy into execution.
