About the role
- Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are tracked and delivered
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and tech teams
- Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution
- Support new market entry and scaling initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support
- Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Track strategic KPIs, identify risks or gaps, and recommend course corrections
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, fintech, or high-growth startups
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or founder-level stakeholders
- Ability to structure ambiguity and turn strategy into execution.
