Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, scale operations, or drive commercial growth
  • Strong leadership track record building and managing teams
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work with data, structure ambiguity, and make decisive calls
  • Startup experience is mandatory. Applications without startup exposure will not be considered.
