Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, fintech, or high-growth startups
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage P&L, scale operations, or drive commercial growth
- Strong leadership track record building and managing teams
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to work with data, structure ambiguity, and make decisive calls
- Startup experience is mandatory. Applications without startup exposure will not be considered.
