About the role
- Membership Sales Representatives create success from effective business to business communication and account management.
- Responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporations, non-profits and community organizations.
- Partners of BJ’s are able to offer a discounted BJ’s membership to their employees/community at no cost to their organization.
- This remote position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, which are achieved through building strong partnerships.
- Superb relationship building and ‘closing’ skills are crucial to success.
- Membership Sales Representatives must adhere to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies.
Requirements
- Must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator
- Strong B2B communication experience and time management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Approximately 25% travel
- Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business preferred
- Strong closing and relationship building skills
- Strong relationship building and account management of an inherited portfolio of partners
- Base salary plus generous commission structure
