Security Engineer

• Research and analyze emerging threats as well as newly published, high-profile vulnerabilities and contribute to the development of vulnerability intelligence tooling
• Conduct in-depth assessments of vulnerabilities to assess viability of remote, network-based detection methods
• Reverse engineer software and software patches to identify new detection methods
• Develop plugins, tools, and techniques to implement newly researched vulnerability detection and product fingerprinting capabilities
• Drive innovation by researching and developing new tools and techniques
• Provide technical leadership on research projects to include mentoring junior researchers and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Bitsight workflows
• Develop vulnerability detection techniques, and communicate potential techniques, and the associated risk, with senior leadership

Senior Vulnerability Researcher – Pentesting

Account Manager

• Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and the sale of Bitsight products and services
• Articulate the business and technical value of Bitsight’s product offerings to the client base
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients with the goal of expanding Bitsight’s footprint across assigned accounts
• Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with designated clients
• Accurately forecast all deals on a monthly and quarterly basis to leadership
• Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients
• Develop and execute account plans and targeted sales campaigns for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally within Bitsight to define and drive execution of action plans that improve and optimize the use of Bitsight products and services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and contact information in CRM for all assigned accounts

Data Scientist

• Own the ideation and execution of high-impact ML/AI initiatives that directly advance Bitsight's product strategy and technical roadmap.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and automation systems that support critical business features.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data extraction, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and automated feedback and retraining loops.
• Serve as the principal architect for scalable, high-performance ML/AI components within our cloud-based distributed systems.
• Analyze large-scale cybersecurity datasets to identify opportunities for improved classification, detection, and automation.
• Drive the integration of ML/AI outcomes, translating complex findings into clear, actionable product decisions for engineering and business stakeholders.
• Establish and promote best practices for ML/AI development, model operations, and data-quality standards.
• Mentor technical contributors across teams, elevating technical quality and accelerating development.
