• Lead and collaborate with customer facing teams to build out an integrations program that enables automation and scale globally.
• Get your hands dirty building out core integration content: draft accurate use case documentation, define budget and escalation pathways for ongoing support of contractor-built integrations, and configure demonstration environments.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to communicate technical "Better Together" value propositions for updated datasheets and release communications.

• Own the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations, facilitating deep bidirectional data syncs and vendor business context imports.
• Write detailed technical product specifications, user stories, and data mapping requirements to embed Bitsight data natively into primary control planes like ServiceNow (TPRM, Vulnerability Response, CMDB), Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Google SecOps, and OneTrust.
• Interface directly with external Product Managers and engineering counterparts at partner organizations to define API dependencies, authentication mechanisms, and collaborative workflows.
• Act as the direct product partner to internal Engineering leads and external contracted development partners, navigating sprint trade-offs, unblocking technical hurdles, enforcing quality architecture governance, and ensuring reliable integration middleware functionality.
