About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support quote creation, validation, and submission in Salesforce CPQ
Partner with sales to structure complex deals that align with pricing guidelines and business goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product for deal approval
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the quoting and deal approval process
Maintain documentation for deal structures, approval workflows, and pricing exceptions
Provide guidance on contract terms, order forms, and amendments to ensure accuracy and consistency
Track deal desk metrics and help refine policies to improve deal velocity and close rates
Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, discounting, and contract best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of relevant work experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role
Salesforce experience, particularly with CPQ quoting is preferred
Strong Excel skills (intermediate or better) are required
Experience in the high-tech industry with a SaaS or subscription revenue model is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment and workload
Ability to collaborate effectively with a demanding sales team
